Had two leave vehicle after I was told it was complete Brought in 2005 Dodge ram for not starting, had a tuneup transmission flush oil change and recall on the airbag fixed was contacted by Jim and was to Brought in 2005 Dodge ram for not starting, had a tuneup transmission flush oil change and recall on the airbag fixed was contacted by Jim and was told that the vehicle was ready to go on December 14 went to pick it up December 15 got their check engine light was on when I came in I told him that P 58 code was on the dash which was a he banks answer I had already returned my rental and they kept the truck again therefore costing me more money to go back to re-open the rental again they should’ve known that the check engine light was on that should’ve been a priority to take care of I am very upset for one the cost for the repairs and for to being missed lead telling me my vehicle was ready which it wasn’t how do you take it to a dealer knowing that there’s a check engine light on and don’t diagnose and call the customer and tell them what code it is reading .If there was a zero star that’s what I would check off very disappointed. I know this won’t go anywhere but it’s something to think about. More
