Warning! The finance employee GREG CHILTON and the manager Mel Smith took advantage on us for not explaining in details how they come up with the price shown in the contract . It was our negligence for not checking all the papers that was ask us to sign. Unfortunately, that’s their weapon to you once you sign, you’re on your own. I went back to their office for them to explain how come the price of the car in the contract is different from the price tag. Greg from the finance said “you sign already we cannot do anything “ he can’t show me or justify to me how they came up to the price in the contract. He turned his back on me because he can’t show me the computation of the car price in the contract, and he said that there’s some numbers that they didn’t show in the contract, he keep pointing on my signature and keep saying “you sign right?” Again, unfortunately I signed contract already. To those who will buy car in Thompson North point, double check the price agreed on, and the price in the contract before you sign. Let them breakdown the details. And Unfortunately again, my $K35 (w/o interest yet) 5day old brand new car has schedule to be fix tomorrow. I didn’t enjoy my car yet and yet it’s under repair already. I was crying when I was there, because I’m just a regular employee, a good person who earn not much, and these people took advantage on our lacking, and was insulted of Greg Chilton saying “you signed already we cannot do anything “ I believe in karma. In fairness to our salesman Mario, he’s a good person I know. But I felt I was ripped off and fooled. Below, I don’t have a choice but to give one star to Greg Chilton, actually he don’t deserve even one star! I promised to our salesman a five star, unfortunately I can’t because the price we agreed on was different from what I signed. More

Smooth My visit was prompted by my desire to keep the maintenance on my van up-to-date since that will give me the longest service life for the vehicle. The routine maintenance was done promptly while I waited. Unfortunately my Garmin GPS had decide to take its own vacation! Since it resides in my radio, I need a complete radio/gps unit to repair the gps. Jim Umpleby worked with me to ensure that the back-ordered part will be replaced as soon as it is available. He did an excellent job coordinating this setback. More
