Service good but needs attention to detail In general this dealership does a great job. I take my Avalon to Thomasville Toyota instead of Legacy Toyota in Tallahassee, FL (where I live). I went In general this dealership does a great job. I take my Avalon to Thomasville Toyota instead of Legacy Toyota in Tallahassee, FL (where I live). I went into the service department and they quickly diagnosed that the automatic transmission shifter was preventing the car from starting. Replacement went well, but while driving back home I saw that the front hood was not completely closed. I pulled over and closed the hood properly. Thankfully it did not fly up and come through the windshield! Also, they did not reattach the panel underneath the glove compartment. I attached it myself after watching a YouTube video. The service department at Thomasville Toyota needs to add a final walkaround and quality assurance check to ensure that all components have been replaced properly. More

Not good. I bought a car - have had nothing but problems since I got it. Brought it back for service. I was told 3 different times by a guy named Austin that I I bought a car - have had nothing but problems since I got it. Brought it back for service. I was told 3 different times by a guy named Austin that I would get a call back to update me on when it would be fixed. Never received a call back. Had to call salesman (Mike Crenshaw) to get an update. Car still is not fixed and now we are probably going to have to start looking for a new car and start the process all over again. Not happy. More
