Best buying experience in over 30 years!! My truck buying experience began with a phone call to Lee Graham, as he had sent my a letter in the mail indicating that my vehicle was in high demand My truck buying experience began with a phone call to Lee Graham, as he had sent my a letter in the mail indicating that my vehicle was in high demand. I was a bit skeptical because I have received many of these "We need your vehicle badly!" letters in the past. Mr. Graham told me that my truck actually is in short supply. I showed up at the dealership a couple of days later, and immediately noticed that there were actually only a few Tacomas on the lot. This built a lot of credibility in my mind. After meeting Mr. Graham and sitting down to talk about what kind of needs I have with my vehicle, he suggested looking at a Toyota Tundra. I quickly realized that a new Tundra was outside of my budget. He then looked at his computer screen and said " I have the perfect truck for you!" He then asked Brandon, the salesperson, to show my husband and I a pre-owned 2012 Toyota Tundra. We were immediately in love. There is nothing this vehicle doesn't have. We were up front with Mr. Graham about our budget and this truck fit. The negotiation process was absolutely painless. This is usually the most stressful for me. The way this process went left nothing but excitement, which is how buying a vehicle should be. After finishing the final paperwork with the business manager, Brandon spent about an hour with us showing me how to work all the features. He even paired my phone and sit our home destination in the navigation screen. I would recommend Thomasville Toyota to anyone, anytime. Thanks again Lee and Brandon. More

Customer Service Brandon was the best salesman he ask what I could handle as far as payments then he went and got some figures came back I told him what I could do he Brandon was the best salesman he ask what I could handle as far as payments then he went and got some figures came back I told him what I could do he went back and got it refigured came back we work figures around and got it worked out he went and pulled a car around we went on a test drive i loved the car so we made a deal and I drove off the lot happy and Brandon is a super nice guy More
Working with the internet folks was fine - they were friendly and responsive. However, the sales manager was awful to deal with. I was sitting with the sales person and he walks by and says "come in h friendly and responsive. However, the sales manager was awful to deal with. I was sitting with the sales person and he walks by and says "come in here" - I thought he was talking to someone else because no one talks to a customer that way. The salesman said that he was talking to us so I went into the office and he never introduced himself so I didn't know his name or his title until I later asked the sales person. He was rude the entire time and I just left because I was not going to negotiate with him. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with this dealership - my last Toyota I went to Tifton, GA because they were easier to deal with. On a positive note I went to Toyota of Dothan and had a great experience and bought a new Prius. I recommend anyone in the area go to the Dothan dealership - it was a two hour drive for me but well worth it. More
Beware of Lee Graham, the General Manager. He will lie just to get you to buy a car. Also the Service Department tries to make you believe that major repairs are needed for your car when nothing is actual just to get you to buy a car.
