SOOOO Easy!!! Sent email saying what I wanted and how much I could spend. Got immediate response from Brandon Mock. Filled out a simple loan application on line. I left Valdosta within an hour and got there, was met, saw the car, and drove off an hour or so later in a brand new Camry. As a woman, I have had bad experiences with car dealing. I dreaded the idea of buying a new car and going thru the "haggling". I traded in an old Camry and was expecting them to point out everything wrong but that didn't happen. Brandon showed me how to set up the blue tooth in my new car and explained everything and answered all questions. Driving away, I laughed at how easy the whole experience was and wish I had known a year ago it could be that easy. I never even test drove the car--am that confident in Toyota! We would like to thank Kyle, the service rep. that last assisted my wife with a recent problem. Kyle has a great attitude too, just like Brandon. He got my wife a rental car right away since they had to order a part in order to repair the car. He called again the next day to tell her when to come & pick up her car. She turned in the rental car with no problem and picked up our car. With no charges for anything. We appreicate all your employees, they all exhibit such great care and concern in any matter.
