Be sure to get a contract before buying Thomasville Toyota and I agreed to a price for a Highlander and they special ordered it for me. On the day it came in they raised the price by $2,500 Thomasville Toyota and I agreed to a price for a Highlander and they special ordered it for me. On the day it came in they raised the price by $2,500. I did not have a contract. This is a low volume SUV that is in high demand. They only had one on the lot each time I visited and seemed to get one at a time from Jacksonville. I know they sold this one to someone else right away. I'm pretty sure that new owner was willing to pay more for it than I had agreed to, so they sold it out from under me because I didn't have a signed contract. I cannot recommend them since they mislead me into an agreement (with a $500 deposit check from me in good faith) and then upped the price since they knew they could get more money. Lee Graham is a manager who is more interested in the dollar than sticking by his agreements. More
