It really sucked ,the muffin was good We bought this car in December,it was pushed on to us just to make a year end sale,They all lied to us,just to make the sale.We had the car up for its We bought this car in December,it was pushed on to us just to make a year end sale,They all lied to us,just to make the sale.We had the car up for its 5000 mile check up ,and the service department do what they said they would do.We check some thing on our own and found that the cabin filter wasn't check because when we checked on it it was black and needed changed.asked to have the head lights adjusted can't see anything was done.They told us when we got the car that there would be a survey cumming about the sales man nothing never came.All the sale was is to get there year end sales to look good.I will never tell people where we got this car.If there was a way to get our money back we would.Just really upset More

oil change and 5000 mile service Nobody told me anything in reference to how long it would take or anything like this. So I just waited till I was told it was finished [about a hour]. Disapointed in new purchasing process I have purchased four vehicles at this dealership and chose to come there because I didn't have to deal with multiple sales people. I had great trust I have purchased four vehicles at this dealership and chose to come there because I didn't have to deal with multiple sales people. I had great trust in Regie Keeling and trusted he was negotiating in good faith on behalf of the company but understood that I pay cash and will not go in debit to purchase a vehicle. We have both always shot straight with each other even though he always got a little more than I had hoped to pay. This time I had two others try to pressure me into deals I could not make an outright purchase with. My wife and I had decided to walk outta the new process is why we left the previous dealer we purchased vehicles from. If having to deal with multiple sales persons is the new norm here we will probably look else where the next time. When you have someone you trust doing deals with and they understand your purchasing practices you don't need others trying to push you into a deal you know you aren't going to make. More
