Not everyone is Perfect Though I purchased my Highlander in Tallahassee, it didn't take me long to become displeased with their service dept. So I thought I would try Thomasville Toyota and I've never looked back. Kyle June looks out for us and I've come to consider him a friend, the same goes for Curtis. My wife 'Ms Gloria' to Curtis, she loves his banter and restaurant suggestions. But I do have a complaint. We needed to rent a vehicle whilst ours was being repaired and serviced. I reserved a RAV4 with a pleasant young lady named Victoria in advance of the service. When I did get ready to pick it up I called and spoke to another lady named Stephanie and passed on the information. She might have been having a "bad day" , or maybe she didn't fine my banter pleasant (retired salesperson) but she was almost rude. When I picked up the car a few days later I was able to confirm the "bad attitude". So I would suggest she receive a little more customer service training or just mimic Victoria. Oil change with warranty Whether I make an appoint or walk on for oil change it always take 1-2hours.
