Mike Crenshaw was our main salesman and was a pleasure to work with! We really appreciated his professionalism and that fact that he was NOT pushy or overbearing! The wifi connection is always fast so if you're needing to do classes or business items, you still have that opportunity to do so while waiting. It was raining my last visit there and my car was brought to me vs me having to go at it in the rain. I really appreciated that. The servicing time was very reasonable as well. More
Updating 6 weeks post-sale/delivery of vehicle From the moment I was immediately greeted on arrival and made to feel welcome, I wanted buy from this dealership. The vehicle I had emailed about was already waiting up front and I had zero time standing around waiting for service. Such a refreshing change. Negotiating the purchase was actually fun. The issues after the purchase: paid for certification and they certified the vehicle. Within the first month the battery died (they did reimburse me for the cost), the front windshield wipers had to be replaced, I still couldn’t operate the blue-Ray/dvd because there was no remote and there’s no other way to make the disc play past the menu screen without it (they agreed to order the remote and missing headphones weeks ago) and the vehicle temporary registration expired four days ago and Florida still has no record of the VIN. Annoyances that will be remedied, I’m sure, but there is a lack of responsiveness and now a doubt in my mind as to the certification inspection, because it should have picked up all the issues (except the registration). More

Appointment time didn’t match time they worked on my car We had an appointment at 8:30, and when I made this appointment over the phone they suggested this was the best time for someone to wait on the car. T We had an appointment at 8:30, and when I made this appointment over the phone they suggested this was the best time for someone to wait on the car. Thankfully my husband had a ride, because they did not start working on my car until after 11. It was after 1 when he could pick it up. Had we known that, we wouldn’t have felt the need to have the car there by 8:30. It’s very difficult for those traveling out of town and missing work when appointments are not honored. More
