Wonderful, easy car buying experience with Charlotte I had already decided to get a 2019 Prius Prime, even knowing that it's a particular model that's not commonly sold nor even available on the lot for I had already decided to get a 2019 Prius Prime, even knowing that it's a particular model that's not commonly sold nor even available on the lot for a test drive. Charlotte helped me pick the model, color, and trim I wanted and even kept me in the loop as it shipped from overseas. The actual purchase was the least stressful car buying experience I've had in my 60 years on the planet. I ended up paying MSRP but am not disappointed, given the rarity of the vehicle. Still half as much as an equivalent Tesla and while not 100% electric I know it'll run as long as my 2010 Prius has run with great support from Toyota and I'm not tethered to charging stations unless I want to be. Nice job, Charlotte, and Thomasville Toyota. More
