At 11:50, I asked the advisor if my car was nearing completion, he came back after about 5 minutes and told me my car was next in line to have tires mounted. I asked for my car back at this time and left. Folks were nice, but lied. Just tell the truth, and perhaps I would have understood and stayed. Communication is KEY to customer service anywhere....
