Salesman started off great. His pitch was on point. Once he knew we were in, the ball was dropped. When we left, we had to go to put gas in our truck ($85,000) We were only given 1 key and NO Sirius Once he knew we were in, the ball was dropped. We purchased a $4,300 warranty that we didn't know about until we got home and folded out our documents. We were not given options when it came to the financing. Just asked how much do you want to put down and that was it. Im big on communicating. I felt robbed of what could have been a very pleasurable experience. I had to get comfort and directions from another dealership to be at piece with our purchase. However, otherwise the truck itself is beautiful More
