One repair had to be re-diagnosed 3 times but mistakes happen and I kept coming back for upkeep such as oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.. Today my car died. I called for assistance and was told "we're busy, can't fit you in until next week"......so much for the loyalty. I won't be coming back. More

My experience with, Thomassen Ford and its Service Dept. I have been a customer with Thomassen Ford for 20 plus years. They have always been great with their service. They keep me informed as they progress to solve/fix any issues I have had with any vehicle I have purchased there. Bill Thomassen, Owner, is willing and has gone the extra mile for me. Jim, service manager, and his crew strive to fix all issues and also keep me informed of any other work that is needed in future visits. Give them a try for your vehicles needs. I hope your experience will be as good as mine. More
Service department is incompetent Put my 2000 F150 in to get repaired. ( motor bogging down when push the gas and OD light blinking) They had my truck for 8 weeks and never fixed it. T Put my 2000 F150 in to get repaired. ( motor bogging down when push the gas and OD light blinking) They had my truck for 8 weeks and never fixed it. They towed it back to my house and just gave up. I told them when they got it what I wanted them to check out first and Jim (service manager) started checking everything but what I asked them to check. 5 weeks later they contact the "ford hotline" and Ford tells them exactly what I told them to check in the first place IMAGINE THAT! I had to call them because they never called me to give updates updates. Even the owner (Mr Thomassen) told me on the phone that they were putting my truck off to work on other vehicles and that they had another truck in there that has been there for 2 months. What??? When I got home to see my truck in my drive way, it is covered in dust, grease globs and greasy hand prints are all over my drivers side door and both fenders. Where were the fender protectors??? I lift the hood and find puddles of transmission fluid and more nasty grease all over the place. I am furious with how unprofessional and incompetent these clowns are! Mechanics my xxx. And the owner......... I have to ask........... What the xxxx kind of business are you running there. This review is just the beginning. All of social media is going to hear about your sorry xxxxx unless you make good on your mistakes. 8 freakin weeks. Time for a new service manager More
Horrible Customer Service and they sold us a Lemon We purchased a used 2011 Ford Explorer from this dealership 2 years ago. The minute we drove it off the lot the car had issues. We did buy the extende We purchased a used 2011 Ford Explorer from this dealership 2 years ago. The minute we drove it off the lot the car had issues. We did buy the extended warranty so we were constantly bringing it back in for service. Mr. Thomassen was the most rude, unhelpful man I have ever dealt with. The battery went dead a month after we purchased the car (one of the many problems). They put a new battery in only to find out after that went dead too that they installed the wrong size battery. The car became such a burden (always breaking down) and we were so disgusted we finally sold the car. Mr. Thomassen does not seem to care at all about his customers. I would run from this dealership and never look back. More
I called the dealership and spoke to Bill. From that call until the time we drove off, the experience was wonderful. His overhead is not as high as he was the one that took care of almost everything hi call until the time we drove off, the experience was wonderful. His overhead is not as high as he was the one that took care of almost everything himself (including all the paperwork). It was a slow Monday, but he owns the place and I can tell he puts his heart and soul into the business. It's not a fancy place that spent millions of dollars to wow the customers; it's working with someone like him that wows the customers; in my opinion. Thank you for the GREAT experience! More
My husband and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle with flat folding seats as we frequently transport our three dogs. Initially, we were interested in a Fusion. We brought our crates into the dealer with flat folding seats as we frequently transport our three dogs. Initially, we were interested in a Fusion. We brought our crates into the dealership and unfortunately they did not fit. Mr. Thomassen then suggested that we might want to consider an Escape. The crates fit perfectly with plenty of room to spare. He then showed us his existing inventory of Escapes " and pointed out all the salient features and available options. We told him that we still had 2 other cars that we were considering and we would return. He did not try and pressure us into a sale and asked that we call him if we had any questions. We then went to view a KIA Soul and a Honda both with flat folding seats but the more we looked at these other cars the more we liked the Escape. We called all three dealerships and asked them for their final trade-in and a cash sale offer. Mr. Thomassen was very gracious and provided us with a very aggressive offer that was not matched by other Ford dealerships. In summary, he went out of his way to show us another Ford model that met our needs and went over all the available options with us. This was a very pleasant buying experience with no pressure and we purchased a car that far exceeded our expectations at a good price. I will return to this dealership for my next car! More
My wife and I stopped by this dealership on Saturday morning to look at a new Ford Edge. My wife was interested in checking one out because she read good reviews of the vehicle online and is interested morning to look at a new Ford Edge. My wife was interested in checking one out because she read good reviews of the vehicle online and is interested in purcahsing one in the next few months. The "salesman" and I use that term very loosely, came out to talk to us almost immediately. He stated they do not have an Edge in stock, but he would be more than happy to order us one. Well, who in their right mind is going to spend $35K on a new vehicle without ever even seeing one in person? We politely asked him if he knew of any local dealers that may have on in stock so we could actually see it. His attitude went south from there. His exact words-"Thanks a lot guys"....After he stared at us for about 5 seconds he then SARCASTICALLY says Have a GREAT weekend as he was turning his back and walking away from us. Unbelievable! My wife and I were in a bit of shock because of his immature attitude to customers. Oh yeah, this guys name is Jeremy Adkins. I would not recommend ANYONE dealing with this loser. He is definitely giving the dealership a bad name. The funny thing is, we more than likely would have bought one (ordered) from this dealership just to keep our money local. All we wanted to do was see one in person prior to purchasing, like ANY other person with any amount of common sense would. We will NEVER go to or recommend this establishment again, at least as long as that idiot is a salesman there. The company needs to do itself a favor and fire this loser before he alienates half of its client base with his poor gradeschool attitude. More
