I am writing to make note of the excellent customer service I continue to receive by Service Advisor Nicole Hupp at Thomas Nissan of Joliet during the service appointments related to my 2010 Nissan Alt service I continue to receive by Service Advisor Nicole Hupp at Thomas Nissan of Joliet during the service appointments related to my 2010 Nissan Altima. In our unfortunate environment of poor customer service, it is important to bring credit to individuals truly making a difference in a company. Given the plethora of media-related marketing, let it be known that word-of-mouth remains one of the most important marketing tools, as I communicate with friends and family to call upon Thomas Nissan Service Department for excellent customer service and competitive pricing. Nicole listens to her customers and recommends services based on upcoming Nissan warranty guidelines and my current budget constraints. This is extremely helpful in that I am able to set aside money for my next visit for recommended maintenance if it is not financially possible during a particular oil change visit. Nicole consistently takes initiative by going above and beyond in possessing effective communication skills both in service-related issues and the timeframe required for services to be completed. Nicole handles all of my oil change appointments and service calls and she possesses great efficiency and exudes concern in all my dealings with her. During my most recent visit, I asked her to call my cell phone when my service was completed, as I visited the shopping center across the street to spend time, and she did just that. I headed back across Larkin Avenue and entered the service area where my Altima was washed and ready for me to pay to head home! Rest assured I am quite satisfied with the Service Department at Thomas Nissan of Joliet and also highly recommend the service portion of your dealership to friends and family! I am sincerely thankful to the Nicole Hupp for her professionalism and concern for her customers. I have been thru the process of buying cars many time over the years and I have to say that this was the easiest I have ever had. William was a great sales person and so was the rest of the crew.
