I went in to get service done on my Armada. It had been making a noise that my wife constantly complained of, yet I couldn't hear. I took it into Thomas Nissan's service department to see if it was her imagination, or if there was something wrong. Turns out, we needed a couple of things done. I was impressed with my 20 minute (in total) wait first of all! But before they did anything to the vehicle, I was told what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and exactly how much it would cost. Rare, especially for a dealership service department. I could have done it myself, but it would have been a trip to the auto store, and an afternoon taken away from me. So I am happy, and most importantly...the wife is happy! More

In fact, Sergio made it a point to ensure that I was comfortable with my purchase long before I even decided to buy, allowing me to take the vehicle I ultimately purchased on an extended test for 2 days. I had been to 2 other dealerships in Joliet before heading over to Thomas. In fact, when I arrived at Thomas, I had thought I would be making a purchase at one the other dealerships, but I wanted to take a couple days to consider the deal I was being offered. At the other dealership, I was nervous that I was being out-haggled and was not getting the best deal I could. I quickly realized that Thomas was different. The prices are great to begin with, so it is an added bonus that there is no need to be a master negotiator. Right away, Sergio explained that Thomas offers vehicles at their "One Low Price". No negotiating, no haggling, nothing hidden. Everything was very upfront. There was no shell game with my trade and the purchase price. Throughout the entire process I was fully aware of every figure contributing to my final purchase. It truly was a pleasure working with Sergio and the rest of the Thomas. Sergio was great to work with, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Even sales staff that had I had not been working with did their best to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. Went to two other Nissan dealers after talking to their internet people but when made it to the dealer either someone else who was not well informed about the car I was looking for took over or they offere internet people but when made it to the dealer either someone else who was not well informed about the car I was looking for took over or they offered me a different option.
