well, i'd been looking for a 2 seat convertible for some time now, and couldn't find the car i wanted with the options i wanted. i searched many different dealers for about six weeks. i stopped in t some time now, and couldn't find the car i wanted with the options i wanted. i searched many different dealers for about six weeks. i stopped in to thomas nissan of joliet to take a look around. there were several 370z cars on the lot, but only one was a convertible, and it was an automatic (wanted a manual transmission/ different options) and i didn't like the color. i planned on getting out of there before i got mobbed/ pressured by the sales staff to buy something on the lot (like the other dealers i visited.) salesman matt richards approached me, and without being overbearing, asked me what i was interested in, and offered to locate a car that was right for me. to make a long story short, the exact car i wanted, with the options and color i wanted, was on the lot in a day. i recieved a phone call from matt, asking me to come in at my leisure and see if the car located would work for me. 2 hours later, a (great) price was agreed upon, i got top dollar for my trade-in, and i drove home in my new car. thanks to matt for working so hard to make this transition quick, and unlike other dealers, painless. from the owner (who insists on meeting and shaking hands with every buyer) to the sales manager ben, matt, who made buying a car a piece of cake, and the efficient, knowledgable finance manager steve gramera, this is a truly professional, well organized customer-friendly dealership. they'll get my repeat business, as well as endorsements to my friends. sincerely, Greg L. I went in to get service done on my Armada. It had been making a noise that my wife constantly complained of, yet I couldn't hear. I took it into Thomas Nissan's service department to see if it was her ima making a noise that my wife constantly complained of, yet I couldn't hear. I took it into Thomas Nissan's service department to see if it was her imagination, or if there was something wrong. Turns out, we needed a couple of things done. I was impressed with my 20 minute (in total) wait first of all! But before they did anything to the vehicle, I was told what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and exactly how much it would cost. Rare, especially for a dealership service department. I could have done it myself, but it would have been a trip to the auto store, and an afternoon taken away from me. So I am happy, and most importantly...the wife is happy! More
