I contacted Thomas Nissan regarding a 2005 Ford ranger that they had for sale. I dealt with Chris Barrera. The reason I was interested in this vehicle was due to the low mileage. We stated discussing a time to test drive the vehicle and the only time I could come in was a Thursday. This was Chris's day off. He decided to come in on his day off to complete the process. (Dedication!) After a quick test drive I decided to purchase this truck. After the loan documents were signed Chris went to gas up the truck for me. There was a problem with a broken gas cap. The service department immediately ordered a new gas cap for me. They got it in about an about an hour and I was on my way. I ended up leaving my garage door opener in the vehicle I traded in. Contacted Chris he offered to personally drop it off at my job. That is truly great service. More
