Al Shalabi, he is so friendly and what a great guy! Al is the guy to go with if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle. He puts no pressure on the buyer, unlike other dealerships I looked at. I had read so many seemingly over-the-top positive reviews of Thomas Nissan that I felt I had to go check it out for myself. So, even though it is not exactly my local dealer (I live in Glendale Heig reviews of Thomas Nissan that I felt I had to go check it out for myself. So, even though it is not exactly my local dealer (I live in Glendale Heights) I drove down there to shop for a new car. I might have been skeptical of some of the reviews, but I am a believer now. I bought a new Altima there and this was easily the best car-shopping experience I have ever had. First, I loved the one-price approach. I got what I thought was a very good price and I didn't have to work for it at all -- it was right on the windshield. My salesman, Ethan Quinn, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and he checked and found exactly the car I wanted on the lot. He then explained the one-price approach and showed me exactly what they were asking for the car. He then brought the car around and walked me through its various features and finally we took it out for a nice test drive. Ethan was very friendly and easy-going and I never felt pressured in any way. I liked the car a lot and said I wanted to buy it. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. As I waited to speak with the finance manager, both the sales manager and the general manager stopped by to thank me for driving so far to visit their dealership. The general manager, Mike Gors, even sat down with me for a bit to chat while I was waiting and made me feel very welcome. The finance manager (Steve?) was also very friendly and helpful -- he made sure that I understood the terms of the loan and explained every step of the sales transaction, which was driven by an online application they use to manage the paper work. At one point, they lost connection to the internet (which appeared to be due to a problem with their internet service provider). While they worked at trying to get back online to finish the sale, at least three people stopped in to check on the status and everyone kept apologizing for the delay. I kept explaining that I understood that the problem was beyond their control but they apologized anyway and, in the end, threw in some free oil changes "for my trouble" (in addition to some they had already given me as part of a new car buyer's package). Since taking my new car home, I have heard from them two or three times, just checking in to make sure that I am happy with the car, letting me know that they'd be happy to answer any questions or help me out if I should experience any problems. All in all, a first-rate experience. Even though it would be a bit of a hassle taking my car there for service, particularly if I need to drop it off and go to work since I doubt that I'm going to find anyone willing to drive to Joliet to pick me up, I think I'm going to try getting my service done there, anyway -- if their service department is anything like their sales department, it will likely be worth the hassle. More

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Thomas in the last year. Thomas Nissan is the only dealership I would consider. His superior customer service is wht we insisted on waiting for him to finish with another customer before we started our purchasing process. The management team is very involved and works so well with the customer. I can not believe how easy they all made it for us to purchase a car.
