I came to Nissan on 8/14/13 to purchase a new vehicle. I chose Thomas Nissan because I have heard great things about their friendly service and their one low pricing. I worked with Mike Gors, the general manager and Will was my salesman. Mike was great to work with. He made sure I was taken care of from start to finish and answered every question I had. He made my experience highly enjoyable. I also was impressed with Will. Before coming in, I researched the salesman and their reviews and chose to work with Will. I knew I wanted a white Rogue. They did not have the color I wanted however. Will then came in the next day on his day off to pick up my new Rogue. There was no negotiation and everything was done so fast. Nissan is not like any other ordinary dealership. I highly recommend them! Mike and will do an excellent job! More

I shopped several brands making serveral visits to each brand before deciding on Nissan. I found the sales persons at all agencies to be very friendly and informative but the salesmen at Thomas sold the d brand before deciding on Nissan. I found this to be a big help in making my decision. David Machen was our lead salesmen and we found David to be extremely knowledgeabe about the vehicle. He was more than helpful on the technology package that we purchased including interfacing our phones to the car and showing us how to use the various options. I feel his product knowledge on all facets of the vehicle greatly improved our purchasing experience. I rated the friendliness great because of David and the Thomas team that we worked with. The dealership had to locate and bring the vehicle we wanted to the dealership and it was exactly what we wanted so I rated the Customer Service as great. The pricing was good but when we received 0% financing I am considering it great. My overall rating of great was based on the above. I plan on using the services of dealership for this car. More

What makes it all come together however is the fact that the staff was so genuine. The sincerity of the folks here as well their no haggle no hassle approach made this not only a pleasant car-buying experience, but also a fun experience. To me, this is how a car buying experience should be. The two Salespersons' I worked with had a really good balance of professionalism, expertise, and natural personal skills.
