I can't say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. After a couple disheartening efforts at others, I had pretty much given up on purchasing a suitable vehicle for my family. Ben made sure that I got top-dollar for my trade and the best rate I could with my bruised credit. They both were the kind of guys I could sit down & have a beer with; not exactly what I was expecting to find at a car dealership. We first met Al Shalabi in November 2012 while searching for a used car. Of all the dealerships and many salespeople we talked with Al was the only one we felt knew what we were looking for and the kind of for a used car. I brought my parents to the dealership to meet Al and to aid in the decision making process. We were so impressed with Al and the entire staff at Thomas Nissan that we purchased a car. My parents we also impressed and told Al they would return when they were ready to also purchase a new car. On September 26, 2013 my parents left Thomas Nissan with a new 2014 Nissan Ultima. Thanks to everyone at Thomas Nissan for making this a wonderful experience.
