This was my first car buying experience, and my dad has been through this many times. When I first arrived at the dealership a sales rep approached us. Sergio Martinez was very friendly he quickly showed us models we were interested in and got to test drive a Nissan Sentra. It was a nice ride since we weren't looking to spending much money. We ended up not liking the Sentra because it didn't have the basic features a modern car is expected to have. Sergio being experienced sensed our dissatisfaction and referred us to more vehicles on the lot that had what we were looking for. We came across an Altima and immediately loved it. We ended up getting the Altima. We didn't go from dealer to dealer looking for the perfect car. We went straight to Thomas and found the car we wanted there. Sergio was very friendly and made it easy for my Dad to ask questions. After we agreed to take the car everything else from there was pretty smooth except all the paperwork did take awhile to get done. Overall, it was a get in, get out experience, and I found a reliable car for me to take back to school without spending the most money. More

I absolutely love their sales policy of no negotiations on price and no commission off the sale of the vehicles. From all the research I had done prior to contacting Thomas Nissan, they had the lowest price, by far. I came in without my husband because I wanted to just test drive the Pathfinder, I had no intentions on buying that same day. But between being completely impressed with the vehicle and with how I was treated by Al and the staff at Thomas Nissan, there was no reason to wait on the purchase. This was my first time purchasing a car and I really had no clue about anything. Jose was extremely informative and made this experience very easy. Overall, EVERYBODY there couldn't have been more kind or helpful. They treat you like a person and they really do want you to have the best experience possible. Some people may not like the idea of not being able to negotiate, but the prices are low there as it is. They were the cheapest price in the area. Not to mention it makes the process much easier. I am writing this letter, in regards to my wife and I making a purchase at Thomas Nissan of Joliet. After researching a number of vehicle options from a number of auto manufacturers in the same class and making a purchase at Thomas Nissan of Joliet. We were immediately greeted by a sales lady, named Karina Cano, who went above and beyond to make sure we were not rushed and assisted us with patience. We were treated with professional courtesy and given the opportunity to test drive one of the Nissan Rogues with Karina allowing us to drive and get the feel of the vehicle. She kept us entertained while Sal Luca worked diligently to get the best loan in our budget range. Sal was also a pleasure to work with and had a very good sense of humor. Al Hussan was very professional and patient while going over the final details of our purchase.
