When you think of car sales man, you usually think of someone who is going to be pushy and just want your money. However, this was not the case at all with Jose. This was my first time purchasing a car and I really had no clue about anything. Jose was extremely informative and made this experience very easy. Overall, EVERYBODY there couldn't have been more kind or helpful. They treat you like a person and they really do want you to have the best experience possible. Some people may not like the idea of not being able to negotiate, but the prices are low there as it is. They were the cheapest price in the area. Not to mention it makes the process much easier. I would highly recommend anybody to go there. In the future, I don't think I could go anywhere else because the expectation is so high now. More

I am writing this letter, in regards to my wife and I making a purchase at Thomas Nissan of Joliet. After researching a number of vehicle options from a number of auto manufacturers in the same class and making a purchase at Thomas Nissan of Joliet. After researching a number of vehicle options from a number of auto manufacturers in the same class and price range—import and domestic, the wife and My wife and I decided on a brand new Nissan Rogue Graphite Blue. We were immediately greeted by a sales lady, named Karina Cano, who went above and beyond to make sure we were not rushed and assisted us with patience. We were treated with professional courtesy and given the opportunity to test drive one of the Nissan Rogues with Karina allowing us to drive and get the feel of the vehicle. She kept us entertained while Sal Luca worked diligently to get the best loan in our budget range. Sal was also a pleasure to work with and had a very good sense of humor. Al Hussan was very professional and patient while going over the final details of our purchase. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. After a couple disheartening efforts at others, I had pretty much given up on purchasing a suitable vehicle for my family. We first met Al Shalabi in November 2012 while searching for a used car. Of all the dealerships and many salespeople we talked with Al was the only one we felt knew what we were looking for and the kind of for a used car. I brought my parents to the dealership to meet Al and to aid in the decision making process. We were so impressed with Al and the entire staff at Thomas Nissan that we purchased a car. My parents we also impressed and told Al they would return when they were ready to also purchase a new car. On September 26, 2013 my parents left Thomas Nissan with a new 2014 Nissan Ultima.
