From the moment that I inquired about the vehicle (2013 Nissan Rogue) over the internet to the visit to the dealership, I truly felt that I was respected as a consumer. We both have had our trust shaken by car salesman and empty promises but I must say that Matt Richards and the entire Thomas Nissan team delivered on every promise put on the table. We came in there with a set budget, financing already set up, and had done our homework on the competition. I can truly say that Matt was the reason we bought the car from Thomas Nissan. We could've gotten the same exact model (probably not the same price) from a dealership not more than 10 minutes from our house. We drove over an hour to meet Matt and shop at the Thomas Nissan dealership. They have restored our faith in car buying. As a first time buyer with a not so great credit score. I was able to drive away in my new 2013 Juke. I wasn't pressured in to buying something. I was comfortable with Will. The sales consultant Baker Wayne was very friendly and her customer service ability superb. In the first instances, we didn`t initially come to buy the vehicle,but to do window shopping,but because of his her customer service ability superb. When we came to look at cars at Nissan we were not intending to buy just looking. I owned a Nissan Altima for 13 years and it owed me nothing but we were ready for something new. Sergio approache intending to buy just looking. I owned a Nissan Altima for 13 years and it owed me nothing but we were ready for something new. Sergio approached us and showed us a couple of Sentra's which I was interested in but I didn't want a lot of frills so he went in the back of the building and drove out this Sentra which was right up my alley. The color was perfect, the fit was perfect and when we test drove it, it held the road and it had just what I wanted in a car. When we got back to the dealership It was a done deal...I got the new Sentra and hubby got my old Altima. I don't think I could ever buy any other brand of car. They have been super good to us and served us well. Sergio was a super salesperson...personable, no hard sell and easy transactions. Thank you Sergio...love my Sentra. More
