From the moment that I inquired about the vehicle (2013 Nissan Rogue) over the internet to the visit to the dealership, I truly felt that I was respected as a consumer. We both have had our trust shaken by car salesman and empty promises but I must say that Matt Richards and the entire Thomas Nissan team delivered on every promise put on the table. We came in there with a set budget, financing already set up, and had done our homework on the competition. I can truly say that Matt was the reason we bought the car from Thomas Nissan. We could've gotten the same exact model (probably not the same price) from a dealership not more than 10 minutes from our house. We drove over an hour to meet Matt and shop at the Thomas Nissan dealership. They have restored our faith in car buying. As a first time buyer with a not so great credit score. I was able to drive away in my new 2013 Juke. I wasn't pressured in to buying something. I was comfortable with Will.
