My husband and I had been looking for a new vehicle for the past few weeks. We went to other dealerships in the Joliet area and were not impressed. Our final stop was at Thomas Nissan. There was no pressure, haggling, or that slimy car salesman feel. Ethan was down to earth and extremely approachable. He answered every question without hesitation. I was inside the vehicle I was interested in within 5 minutes tops! The entire staff was friendly, the place was well kept, and they had a great selection of vehicles. We were offered something to drink, which was nice since it was 20 degrees out. No other dealership offered that. It's the small things that count. Our experience was so good that we decided to come back to the dealership a couple of days later and make the purchase. Again, nothing but exceptional service. Even the finance manager was great to get along with, which doesn't often happen. My husband and I have purchased enough vehicles to know that this place is definitely different, in a good way. Overall, we will continue to come back to this location for future purchases. We'll be asking for Ethan again! More

The detailing done to the car was amazing, extremely clean. The hospitality and friendliness of the salesmen was the best part of the whole experience. They ensured that my experience with the car was what I wanted and were open to any questions I had. They were extremely patient with me, something that other dealership associates lacked. They worked with me with my finances and showed me plans that best fit my needs. It was overall a great experience, and I ended up with a car, for a great price, and it was something that I wanted. Most importantly, I left feeling reassured that if anything were to happen to the car or if I needed anything in the future, the associates at Thomas Nissan of Joliet will always be ready to help in any way they can. Al Shalabi approached us within minutes of our arrival. We had already looked at what we were interested in through the Thomas Nissan of Joliet website and he quickly got us within the first car of our choice for a test drive. The test drive around Joliet solidified that this was OUR car. The rest of the process was such an anxiety free and positive experience.
