This is the first dealer I had entered with title in hand for my 2 year old trade in and my checkbook ready to buy a car on the spot and be turned away... and it happened TWICE! They refused to take my trad for my 2 year old trade in and my checkbook ready to buy a car on the spot and be turned away... and it happened TWICE! They refused to take my trade-in until they had a buyer lined up for it. They promised to call in a couple days and let me know once they had confirmed they had someone to buy it. When I didn't hear back as promised, I called Ben, the sales manager (since my original salesman no longer worked there). Ben told me nothing and I continued to wait a few more days. After a week later they still hadn't contacted me so I call back and talk to Sal this time and AGAIN, they haven't "sold" my trade in yet. When I told them I had trade in offers in writing from other Nissan dealers, they offered me $3000 less than I was quoted by the other dealers (which was the same price three online services said it was worth as a trade in). When I asked if they could do any better, they told me to go to another dealer and "Good Luck!" Mike, the general manager refuses to take phone calls or respond to emails and forces customers to talk to people who can't make decisions or solve any issues. Not only would I not recommend Thomas Nissan, I will go out of my way to steer people VERY clear of them. Their one price guarantee is no better than the other Nissan dealers I spoke to while Thomas clearly wanted to make a LOT of money on my trade-in by lowballing me. If you decide to go to this dealer despite my review, I HIGHLY recommend finding out what your car is worth from online resources like Black Book, True Car, Kelly Blue Book, and Edmonds before you go. I used ALL 4 and they all gave me the same range of value for my trade-in. Despite having all 4 in hand AND having written estimates from the other dealers in the upper part of the range, Thomas was WAY lower. More

My husband and I were at ease when we spent the morning at Thomas. Everyone was very friendly. Not just our sales person Matt but everyone. On our first visit to the dealership. We were very pleased upon our first visit to Thomas Nissan. Al was very pleasant upon meeting us. Although they didn't have the car I wanted at their dealership Ben was another pleasant gentleman that called another dealer to inquire if they had the car that I requested. Ben also mentioned how difficult it may be as dealerships don't like to give up new cars. But they did it! Words cannot express my joy!! The thing that really impressed me with Al was he was not pushy! He did not try to sell me a different car. Al was with us every step of the way! I will definitely recommend Thomas Nissan!!!
