UPDATE: The GM finally called me (today, ANOTHER week later... while I'm at work). He didn't call to ask what the problem was and how it could be resolved. No, that would have been the obvious solution. Instead. he chose to chastise me for "slandering" the dealership by leaving a bad review. He never gave me a chance to tell him my side of what the problems were and instead kept trying to tell me what he was told by his managers because he "trusts them" (which is why he didn't need to hear my side of the story because he KNEW what was going on based on their versions). He also kept reminding me that he was on vacation and going out of his way to contact me. Thanks Mike, you're a pal. If you want to go to a dealer where the customer is never right, I have finally found one.
