I bought Nissan Altima SV New 2014 from Thomas auto group in Joliet. I like the idea of fixed price (no bargaining) and commission free sale which has direct effects on buyers. They don't play game with you (fishy&pushy). 3. They don't try to sell you stupid warranty & Protection plans. 4. They respect your decision whether you buy or you walk out. I spent two days to get the best deal. I Visited Thomas, Bilkay & Gerald Nissan. And finally came back to Thomas for three main reasons. The honesty of their employees, 2. The lowest price for fully loaded car (Bilkay & Gerald failed to match), and 3. Trade in value for my car (Bilkay & Gerald couldn't match). I definitely recommend Thomas to my friend and everyone. And thanks to Chris for providing the best customer care with the awesome deal. More

My wife and I were looking for a new Pathfinder and ended up at Thomas NIssan. We worked with several other dealers and it was very much a bait and switch. Extremely satisfied with their business model. On a personal side, we worked with Ben and Tim. Both were very consultative with us and seemed very concerned with what is that we actually wanted/needed rather than collecting "ammo" to use during a sales negotiation. I guess because they do the no-hassle pricing and commission free model that they actually get to behave like nice, respectable human beings. I whole-heartedly recommend them our friends. More
Prior to arriving at Thomas Nissan to purchase our Frontier, my husband and I had driven 40 miles to an appointment with another dealership about a Frontier we saw online. The agent who made the appointment never showed, and we spent an hour waiting for the manager to find the vehicle we wanted only to learn they had sold it the previous day (even before that agent contacted us for the appt.!). Furious and disenchanted, my husband and I were on our way home when my husband noticed Thomas Nissan and wanted to drop in. We did not have much time (having wasted the morning at another dealership), because we had show tickets for the afternoon. I was so upset by what occurred at the previous dealership that, initially, I did not even leave my car to go in with my husband. After several minutes, my husband returned with a smile and asked be to go into the dealership. Wayne Baker greeted me warmly as he took us out to look at a vehicle. Considering it was a horribly cold and snowy Midwest day, Wayne made sure the car was heated and we were comfortable. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, explaining the vehicle and the Thomas Nissan price guarantee. At no point did we feel as if he was trying just to sell a car. When my husband asked about the newer model Frontiers, Wayne offered to show us the two he had, again without being pushy or pressuring. While we initially wanted to purchase an older vehicle, when Wayne explained the benefits of the newer model and gave us the price, we began to consider the new Frontier. When we began to talk price, again Wayne was not pushy but helpful. Since we were in quite a hurry to make our show, he was sure to not waste our time and gave us his best price. Having spent the previous week researching online (Edmunds, KBB.com), we really felt that the price he quoted was more than fair for what we were getting. We had only 20 minutes left, so Wayne told us he could hold the car until the next day. Later that evening on our way home from the show, I called Wayne to see whether it would be possible to stop by and finish our purchase. Even though we would not arrive at the dealership until 20min. before they closed on Saturday, he told us not to rush (there was a bad snow storm), and that he would have everything ready when we arrived. Sure enough, when we finally made it in through the snow, Wayne and the entire team at Thomas Nissan made the car buying process seamless and efficient. Wayne even had a small piggy bank to give our son. Wayne Baker and everyone who we had contact with that day (and evening) made the purchase of our new Nissan Frontier the best car-buying experience we have ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend this highly professional dealership to anyone and would definitely come back in the future. More

Our sales person Chris was very knowledgeable with my Nissan Frontier. He showed me all the bells and whistles with my new truck.
