Jose was awesome in explaining how they operated-from no commission sales to their lifetime warranty, and obliged to show me the vehicles that I had asked about with no reservation, or attempt to intentionally upsell or switch. We had to do the test drive on a second day, which Chris helped us with. He went through every feature possible and made it a very pleasant experience. Once done, they printed off the price info with financing information as we weren't ready to buy just yet, but there was zero pressure to keep us in the showroom to get a deal done. Since those visits, my wife decided the Quest is not her first choice for a van due to her own likes and dislikes and that is the only reason we did not purchase a vehicle from them. Jose, Chris - thank you for the great experience even though we did not purchase a vehicle. I certainly would recommend this dealer to ANYONE in the market for a new vehicle. My wife after 20 years of driving her Ford Explorer finally starting talking about giving up ole Betsy. My wife and I got married 7 years ago and since then I have tried to get her to give up her car for something nicer. She just said no and I love my car and I am going to keep it until it dies on the side of the road. The car had 230000 miles and still ran fine. We didn't have any problems with the car and it was a pleasure to drive. Back in 2013 I needed to buy a car for my Step Daughter Amanda. She and I set out to ( see ) what we could afford and what kind of car she wanted. Since I bought my Honda and loved it, We started at the Joliet Honda dealership and looked at a Civic, from there we looked at Ford, then we went to Thomas Nissan and met Sergio Martinez. She fell in love with a Sentra and My wife and I came back with Amanda and bought the car. The Team there was great and I felt that they understood Customer Service and made us feel very appreciated and welcome. I told Mike Gor that I would be back to buy my next car from him. That they had won me over and I would be coming back. In the first week of Febuary I started doing research on a new Nissan Rouge for my wife. Once I heard her say that she thought it was about time to get rid of " Betsy" I jumped at the chance. I looked at Ford just so I could tell her that I did and then went to see my firiends at Thomas Nissan. When I got there I was met by Wayne Baker who I explained I was on a fact finding mission. I had an Idea that since she had driven the Explorer for so long going to a car might not be something that she would be happy with. Wayne and I talked at some length about how attached she was to her Explorer and that I needed to coax her into this and let her pick it out. I just needed to make sure that I was there guiding her. This car was not about me it was all about her. When the day came to take her to Thomas she was starting to tear up and started to talk about Betsy and giving her up was a very hard thing to do. I brought her in the the dealership and found Wayne and Mike Gor right away. Wayne spent a little bit of time talking to my wife and made a great connection with my family. The whole time that we were discussing the Rouge she still was not excited about the prospects of giving up her car. But once she starting the test drive she was quickly won over. I have been in retail for nearly my whole life, I have been trained by the best of Customer Service. I have also be taught that if you can move your staff to delighting your Customer you will win them over and spend more money in your business. I was Trained to change the attutude of your staff to think of your customer as a Guest and you will achieve this quickly. Not sure if that was your intention or Direction Mike Gor and his staff have achieved that with my family.I have bought two cars so far and will by my future cars from you. More
