I called and talked to Matt about a Nissan Rogue that I saw on the internet, he was very helpful answering and made sure all of my questions were answered. Chris took me on a test drive of the vehicle and saw on the internet, he was very helpful answering and made sure all of my questions were answered. Chris took me on a test drive of the vehicle and explained some of the features in more detail, he was very knowledgeable and able to provide clear and complete explanations. Upon returning to the dealership, Chris helped me with completing the necessary paperwork and I worked with Ben to get my trade-in appraised. We looked at and drove my vehicle to get an accurate representation for the appraisal. I received a fair offer for my trade-in and everything proceeded very efficiently. Steve helped me with the purchase paperwork and warranty. After completing the purchase, I met up with Chris and Matt again for handoff of my new vehicle. Throughout my entire visit everyone was very pleasant, friendly, and easy to work with. I liked the no haggle and no pressure atmosphere at this dealership, it made the process just that much easier. Everyone I encountered from the porter who pulled out the vehicle for me to drive, to all the sales people that I observed while having a coffee and waiting for the paperwork to be ready - everyone was very polite and professional. I've been to a few other places before buying this vehicle - the atmosphere and observed behavior wasn't nearly as pleasant or professional as what I experienced at this dealership. I purchased my 2011 Altima at Thomas Nissan where I received the very best of service from friendly, competent employees. So when Al texted me that I should consider trading in my 2011 for the new and improved 2014 Altima, I seriously considered it. Even though I loved my car and didn't have any trouble with it, the though of a new one was very tempting. Upon entering the Thomas dealership, I was welcomed by Al and every consideration was given to my needs and opportunities were presented to me. I test drove the new 2014 Altima SV and loved it. Ben looked at the numbers and gave me a very fair trade-in price, as well as a great price on the new car with no haggling or, most importantly, NO pressure. Al explained the process every step of the way and answered all of my questions fully. Purchasing a car is always an time consuming, laborious process, but Al and Ben were expedient as they could be and it was not a harrowing experience, as I have had with other car dealers in the past. Every piece of paperwork was totally explained and opportunites for other options were given, again with no pressure. I decided on the one that I thought might be most beneficial to my needs. No problems, no pressure. I left, feeling assured that the dealership would handle my service needs professionally, as they have done for the past 3 years.
