When I finally came back with my father and uncle, it was VERY close to closing time and everyone was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my selection. They all stayed late and that night I purchased my car! The next day, Steve, the finance manager worked on getting me a better interest rate which I really appreciated. Our recent experience with Thomas Nissan was a pleasure in all aspects of purchasing a new vehicle. We had completely researched the two vehicles we were interested in purchasing so we were very aware of in all aspects of purchasing a new vehicle. We had completely researched the two vehicles we were interested in purchasing so we were very aware of the cost of the vehicles and all of the amenities. We were very surprised when we finally chose the vehicle we wanted to purchase to find the price was very close to what we had worked out via several sources. Our salesman Ralph Atwood set up a test drive for both vehicles and pointed out what was available with each model. He did not pressure us in any way to buy either vehicle he just kept us informed on what was available and what we could expect with each model. After we made our decision he was very helpful in helping us secure the exact vehicle we wanted to purchase. After purchasing the vehicle we were quite surprised to receive a phone call from Ralph asking if he could drop off a wheel locking key that had been overlooked when we took possession of the vehicle. He stopped by the house and we had a chance to sit down and talk for a brief period of time and it was like talking to a friend we had known for years. We have to admit this is a very different and pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle. We would highly recommend this dealership and their follow-up. We would also recommend Ralph Atwood as someone you need to talk to if you are in the market for a new car. We really enjoyed going to Thomas Nissan Joliet to buy our first car. Both Tim and Ben were very good salesmen and made sure we were getting exactly what we would be comfortable and happy with.
