Walking in to the dealership right off the bat, they were very nice and welcoming. We were greeted by our sales associate, Tim Rohe ll. Right away, me and my dad test drove the car I wanted and described to Tim, the Nissan Altima. After the great test drive we went on, we went back in to his office to talk business. It was quick and easy and nothing was left unsaid or misunderstood. Tim let us leave and sleep on it. We weren't pressured in any way to have to purchased the car right then and there. A few days later I purchased the car. Of course I absolutely loved the car, but the most enjoyable experience was the experience I had at the dealership and with Tim. He was honest, straight forward and all around a great guy. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a Nissan to go to Thomas Nissan of Joliet and I would Whole heartedly recommend Tim Rohe ll. More

I had been shopping around for several weeks for a new or late model SUV with specific features such as leather interior, heated seats, moon-roof, etc. The pathfinder came across as the best bang for my buck late model SUV with specific features such as leather interior, heated seats, moon-roof, etc. The pathfinder came across as the best bang for my buck when compared to other SUVs & dealer prices. While I test drove several SUVs at Nissan, I was not completely satisfied with the exterior colors and/or interior features, so I did not make a purchase on that particular day. Our sales rep (Chris Barrera) listen to my every concern, down to the exterior color. Ben Rosenberg and Mike Gors were extremely helpful in making my wife and I feel comfortable with our decision and presented an attractive finance package which helped seal the deal. Everyone that I worked with at Nissan made me feel special and more than just a finance number ! I never felt hassled or rushed. My wife and I were never treated this well at Chevy or Ford, Nissan is a class above the rest, I will definitely be doing business with them for a long time! More

I had a wonderful experience at Thomas Nissan. I was nearing the end of my lease with another brand and I wanted to return to the Nissan brand since I owned a Nissan Stanza for over 10 years and loved i nearing the end of my lease with another brand and I wanted to return to the Nissan brand since I owned a Nissan Stanza for over 10 years and loved it. From the moment I arrived, I received personal attention from Matt who greeted my daughter and I at the door and immediately arranged for us to test drive an Altima. During the drive he was very informative and friendly, but did not pressure us in any way, which we greatly appreciated. I was sold on the car immediately. I told Matt I had to bring my husband back later in the day to look at the car before purchasing it. When we returned, we began working with Ralph who did all the preliminary paperwork with us in a very timely manner. He also went into more detail about the car's many impressive features. When it was time to get the car ready to take home, Ralph was nice enough to tell us it would take awhile, so that gave us time to have dinner and wait for a call to pick up the car. We returned to Thomas Nissan early that evening to do final paperwork with Steve and Ben, who were both very friendly and efficient. Before we left, Ralph joined us in our new car and showed us how to operate many of the car's great features. He was extremely patient and helpful even though it was well past closing time. I must say, this is the most fun I ever had buying a car. The whole process was very low-key and effortless! The minute I sat in the Altima for a test drive, I was comfortable in it and, so far, I love everything about it.
