Overall it was as pain free an experience as one might hope for. I was looking for a new base model Nissan versa, but a few extra amenities such as the auxiliary for your smartphone was a bonus, though on hope for. The no haggle price was interesting, although for a base nissan versa the is left little room for negotiating a lower price anyway (if it had been commission based sales). William was pleasant and was not pushy and attentive to what I was looking for. I would have prefered the financing end to have been more transparent up front on program purchase price by showing what the total cost of the vehicle would be with various warranties and service contracts. I would have gotten the extended warranties and theft protection, road side assistance, and such anyway because I am overly cautious, but it would have been nice to see the different cost structures of these various options before I start signing things. More

Purchasing a car is a very daunting task. It made it easier to go to Thomas Nissan and just get the lowest price right up front. No games. Walking in to the dealership right off the bat, they were very nice and welcoming. We were greeted by our sales associate, Tim Rohe ll. Right away, me and my dad test drove the car I wanted and described to Tim, the Nissan Altima. After the great test drive we went on, we went back in to his office to talk business. It was quick and easy and nothing was left unsaid or misunderstood. Tim let us leave and sleep on it. We weren't pressured in any way to have to purchased the car right then and there. A few days later I purchased the car. Of course I absolutely loved the car, but the most enjoyable experience was the experience I had at the dealership and with Tim. He was honest, straight forward and all around a great guy. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a Nissan to go to Thomas Nissan of Joliet and I would Whole heartedly recommend Tim Rohe ll. More
