Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty to personaly pick me up at my home in Elburn which is 50 miles away to help secure the sale. His professionalism and dedication to making this customer happy was the number one reason why I purchased a car at Thomas Nissan. Jim in Finance also did a fantastic job. Although they were signed by the General Manage he has no knowledge of what is sent and to whom. Realize it is a form letter but should be better thought out. Repeated emails asking how we can be helped when purchasing a car after we have purchased leads us to believe the friendliness we witnessed was not sincere. Would not work with business/finance person again. He was pushy, like a timeshare person who wants to do lots of add ons. When we questioned a price on the car he was quite put out and told us our sales person had explained it all to us. He also said the dealership puts the guards and pinstripes on all the cars so we were wrong. After calling in Ben we found out our car did not have that add on. At that point after 4plus hours perhaps someone would like to offer that add on at no cost. The car was also not detailed well. Mohammid had to clean the windows and the tire rims had marks on them when we got home. A new car should sparkle. Mohammid was the saving grace in all this. Without him to keep us calm I am not sure this deal would have been completed. checked yes on recommend this dealership but we would tell our friends what we experienced both good and bad More
