First visit/Second visit purchase I met Jim Thomas Thurs. and he showed me the two used cars I was interested in. As we talked Jim found a Nissan that was in my budget. We took a tes I met Jim Thomas Thurs. and he showed me the two used cars I was interested in. As we talked Jim found a Nissan that was in my budget. We took a test drive but it just didn't feel right. Jim brought Ben to talk to me about other options. Ben asked did I know with my down payment that I could lease or purchase a 2014 Rogue. A car I had researched and liked but didn't know about the new leasing programs and how it would fit into my budget. Jim and I test drove a 2014 Rogue and I left the dealership with no preassure of returning,but was sure in my mind that I was returning Sat(because my work schedule would'nt allow Fri.) to get my Nissan. Saturday, Jim test drove three Rogues with me till I found the right one. He was awesome! Ben was patient to.I never felt preassured. A good experience. I have told several friends already.Jim knows about the cars, He asked what I was looking for and because I am a woman he never once made me feel like my questions where unecessary or way out there. Ben was the same. If I asked him to repeat something or breakdown the financing he was never condesending. That 's very important to a woman customer who will be returning for service and maybe future business. More

Pleasantly Surprised I'm not going to lie, I was dreading shopping for and buying a new car. I didn't want to deal with high pressure salesmen trying to get you into a vehicle you can't afford. But I was pleasantly surprised with Will and the rest of the team at Thomas Nissan. They made it a great experience with none of the worries I started the day out with. Will was very helpful showing us a wide array of cars both new and used and did a great job of explaining the one price system that Thomas utilizes. We originally came in looking for a used car, but after talking with Will and comparing the prices on new vehicles, ended up purchasing a 2014 Nissan Rogue Select AWD. There was no pressure to push us into a specific car and were given a number of options to consider. Will worked with us to find a vehicle that fit us perfectly both in our needs and our price requirements. The one price system is very effective and you know what you are getting into with out the games. I would definitely recommend Will and the entire Thomas staff to any friends or family looking to buy a car. More

MY FIRST BRAND NEW CAR I went to Thomas Nissan with my mom. She wanted to purchase a car. She was very surprised that she was able to get approved for a brand new car. I did not feel as though he was just trying to get us to spend money, but he was honestly helping us understand how vehicle pricing and credit work with each other. I myself did not even plan on buying a brand new car the day I went for a visit. I told Al Shalabi and his team my price range. I specified that I would not go a penny over my stated price. I was literally speechless when Steven from the finance department told me my price! It was even lower than I agreed to pay. The lifetime warranty was very legitimate also; it was explained in full. I had no questions after Al and Stephen helped me out. Both my mom and I each walked away with brand new cars including lifetime warranties. I could not be happier!!!! More
