Sergio was great Sergio did a great job. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful and understanding. He had a lot of detailed knowledge on all of Nissan's Sergio did a great job. We would recommend Sergio to anyone and would certainly come back to use him again. He was very genuine and kind and made us feel at ease while making such a large purchase. The only dark spot on our experience was the finance guy, Jim. He nearly lost the entire sale. After spending 4 hours at the dealership we almost got up and left because of him. He was very pushy and rude. When we wanted to see the amount financed and a full display of numbers he told us we had to sign first because of the signature pad. After he finally did show us the numbers and we had questions he was very rude about answering them. I still don't feel as though we have clear answers on some of the information. While I would definitely use Thomas NIssan again and especially Sergio, I would definitely have my financing in order prior to my arrival, as the financing portion of the purchase was a terrible experience. More

Thomas Nissan Purchase Experience Went Very Smoothly We have been shopping for used cars for daughter. We traveled up to 110 miles round trip, to be disappointed with the options. A little more pressure (from other dealerships) than we were comfortable with. We did our research on the type of car we wanted, so we were doing daily on-line searches. We then came across Thomas Nissan with car we were interested in. My daughter called, and talked with Matt Roberts. He made her very comfortable, giving her ALL the information about the car (being up front about the CarFax report, which he pulled PRIOR to us coming by, which we appreciated). My daughter and her dad test drove the car with Matt, and he made them feel very comfortable and his sales style was very honest. He wanted her to drive the car further than the other dealerships we visited, so we got a better feel of the drive. Coming back to the dealership, Matt stayed to answer all our questions, and wasn't pushy at all. He explained the no haggle price, lifetime powertrain warranty, which we didn't know was available through Thomas Nissan. Writing up the sale was quick and efficient. We ended up purchasing the right car at the right price at the right dealership!! That says a lot as the car purchase process can be very time consuming and stressful. This is our first visit to Thomas Nissan, and we liked the options, sales environment, and appreciated Matt's honesty and non-aggressive sales approach. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More

There was no pressure and we always felt like Mo and the dealership were working with us to ensure we found the vehicle we really wanted at the lowest price. Sal was also extremely helpful in taking care of our trade-in. Again, it was a straightforward, no back and forth negotiation and best of all, a fair price. Even on the finance end, Steve explained all of our available options and made sure we understood the paperwork/warranties/etc. From the top down, you can tell this dealership preaches a different way of operating and they stick to it.
