I first came to the Thomas Auto Group through their Dodge/Chrysler store in Highland, IN - when I decided to look into the Nissan brand I was excited to learn of their Nissan Dealership in Joliet. I was not let down and even more surprised by the great price, fast and friendly service I found there. The family atmosphere and great service along with price has brought me back 4 more times. I was so impressed with Thomas Nissan that I travel over 80 miles from Valparaiso, IN to purchase my cars from there. This last trip was just as great as my trips before. Everyone from G.M. Mike Gors to Sal Luca were welcoming and spent time visiting and making me feel how much they appreciate my business. I was especially impressed with the young salesman I dealt with, Jim Thomas. Despite being a part of the family ownership, young Mr. Thomas did not take for granted my business and went out his way to make sure I got the car I wanted at the price I could afford. He did not try to sell me more or pressure me at any point - truly a wonderful experience. As a priest I spend much time in my car and need to insure that will always be responsive and start at all times of day and night and in all weather conditions when emergency calls arrise. Jim Thomas fully understood my needs. Jim was very humble and kind - taking the time to make sure I understood the whole process and that I was happy with my choice and the car itself. He insured the car was properly prepped and helped me in transferring the items from my old Maxima into the new. In the end I cannot be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend (and have - Thomas Nissan) to friends and parishioners. More

Thomas Nissan Experience I came to Thomas Nissan to look at a car that I saw on Cars.com. Unfortunately, the car was no longer available, but my salesperson, Al, showed me a I came to Thomas Nissan to look at a car that I saw on Cars.com. Unfortunately, the car was no longer available, but my salesperson, Al, showed me a couple other cars that were similar to the one I saw. Although the car I wanted had about 15,000 miles less and was less expensive, the Nissan Sentra that I purchased had some extras that I was happy with. I like the idea of "no haggle pricing" but wish that there was a little wiggle room to work with. My purchase would have been perfect if I could have gotten this car (with more miles) for the same price as the other car that I came in to look at. It was only $1000 difference, but that difference would have made my financing that much easier. I needed to close a gap of that difference in order to get to the payment I felt I could afford, but because of the "no haggle" there was no "I give half, you come down the other half" negotiating available. Both the salesperson and financial person were courteous and honest. They helped me get to a payment close to what I needed to be at and worked with me to get there. I am happy and comfortable with the deal that was made, and would recommend Thomas Nissan to others. More

One of the finance managers, Jim, was very pushy and I almost walked out twice because of him, however I did not feel like he was dishonest at all. If I could go back in time I would prefer to not work with him on my purchase but I would still purchase the vehicle here. The entire team worked really hard to get me the car with the options I wanted, and also the finance options I wanted. Mo (Mohamed) was my sales associate, he was fantastic and I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family who are looking to buy a new or used car. Sal and Ben were also very helpful and accommodating in helping me with my options. Steve is another one of the finance guys, he was fantastic to work with. So happy overall with my experience and likely a repeat customer in the future. More
