Couldn't decide. Even though every car that we wanted to look at was in their back lot, Matt was very happy to go and get a different one. Jose has always been extremely nice whenever I visit the Joliet location to get an oil change or service done on my vehicle and just by having a nice conversation I ended up getting out of a car that in my opinion just never ran right since I purchased it from Nissan of St. Charles and they could never get the service to correct what was going on. The car I purchased on Friday 6/06/2014 is perfect thanks to Nissan of Joliet and it rides great do I just wanted to take some time to point out how great of a job they do over there and say thanks for the experience. Thomas Nissan not only helped me buy a new car, but was sympathetic to my situation and was willing to work with me on a deal so I could still trade in my previous vehicle (even though they had to have it towed). The staff here was super friendly, and their no-hassle policy actually made the experience an enjoyable one. I look forward to seeing them every 3 months for my oil changes! Also, I don't have his business card handy, but the finance guy was wonderful. He cracked small jokes through out the process and was overly sweet, which really helped with my nerves and stress level. We are planning to buy another new car next year, and this will be the first dealership we stop at! More
