Excellent Experience I've been needing to purchase a new car for some time but I continued to delay the process as car buying, and shopping for that matter, is usually a h I've been needing to purchase a new car for some time but I continued to delay the process as car buying, and shopping for that matter, is usually a hassle and stressful experience, at least that has been my experience in the past. But I definitely can say that my experience at Thomas Nissan was far from that. As soon as I arrived, I was promptly greet by Alan "Big Al" Caruthers, my salesperson. He first took me inside and went over details of what I was looking for and what I could afford. After narrowing it down, he then showed me several vehicles as well as test driving two of them. I never once felt like he was pressuring me into buying anything nor did I feel like I was bothering him if I asked questions. He really was straight forward about everything and it was a pleasure to work with him. In addition, I also worked with his colleague Ben Rosenberg and he was equally as helpful and accommodating. Overall I had an excellent experience with Thomas Nissan and I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to consider calling Big Al when they are in need of a new car. Thank You Al and Ben! Service contract bait and switch Make sure you read your service contract. I was given the wrap package. The finance dept told me this "this is a complete package hense why it's calle Make sure you read your service contract. I was given the wrap package. The finance dept told me this "this is a complete package hense why it's called the wrap". He even presented the warranty booklet where the wrap package isn't even listed. But, told me it involves everything. My vehicle broke down at 50000 miles. I find out the service contract doesn't cover power train. So he told me it covers everything now it doesn't even cover the power train. I spent $1600 dollars on this contract. I spent another $250 on a rental and $125 on a tow. Got taken don't have the same happen to you good luck getting anything of value from this dealership. Stay far far away. More
