You've Come a Long Way Baby! My husband and I recently purchased a Rogue and Sentra in a very stress free environment! Never thought I would ever say that about car buying. Had not planned to buy a vehicle this particular day. I've always enjoyed shopping in Joliet, and on many occasions I've "eye-balled" Thomas Nissan/Toyota. I have been in the market for either for sometime. What started out as just an afternoon ride with my mom and dad, there was a particular Nissan Altima that I found on the website, and decided to go check it out. Not able to locate it, I shopped around the lot, and to my surprise, found what I really love,,, a 2011 Toyota Camry. Super black, 4 cylinder, super low mileage,,, BEAUTIFUL!!!! Not a whole lot of time wasted, Approved and out!!! As for my salesman, Al Shalabi, you're the bomb, wonderful guy :} P.S Al, what is the name of the cologne you were wearing ???? loved it !! Stay sharp dude!! More

New Nissan Sentra - Great Experience It was my first time shopping for a new car, and I wasn't really sure of the process. I got to the dealer & immediately saw a car I liked. I walked in It was my first time shopping for a new car, and I wasn't really sure of the process. I got to the dealer & immediately saw a car I liked. I walked in, Sergio greeted me & showed me all of the features of the car. He was very friendly and explained the features well, and answered any questions I had. I shared a bit about my driving needs and he pointed out some pros and cons of the Sentra versus some other models. Sergio was helpful throughout the entire process. He walked me through it and my dad came and Sergio was helpful with all of his questions as well. While things with financing were processing, Sergio came out and checked in on us a few times, seeing if we needed anything else or not. Once I had signed all my paperwork, I had to move some larger boxes from my old car to my new car, and Sergio grabbed some boxes and helped me move them himself! Even while waiting, a few other employees came by to chat with us and see how we were doing. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I'm in love with my new car! More
