The time to look at a vehicle, test drive the vehicle, and process of closing the deal with driving out of the lot with my new vehicle was fantastic. I have purchased 3 vehicles in the past brand new at dealerships and never got out as fast as I did at Thomas Nissan. More

New Nissan Sentra - Great Experience It was my first time shopping for a new car, and I wasn't really sure of the process. I got to the dealer & immediately saw a car I liked. I walked in It was my first time shopping for a new car, and I wasn't really sure of the process. I got to the dealer & immediately saw a car I liked. I walked in, Sergio greeted me & showed me all of the features of the car. He was very friendly and explained the features well, and answered any questions I had. I shared a bit about my driving needs and he pointed out some pros and cons of the Sentra versus some other models. Sergio was helpful throughout the entire process. He walked me through it and my dad came and Sergio was helpful with all of his questions as well. While things with financing were processing, Sergio came out and checked in on us a few times, seeing if we needed anything else or not. Once I had signed all my paperwork, I had to move some larger boxes from my old car to my new car, and Sergio grabbed some boxes and helped me move them himself! Even while waiting, a few other employees came by to chat with us and see how we were doing. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I'm in love with my new car! More

Excellent Experience I've been needing to purchase a new car for some time but I continued to delay the process as car buying, and shopping for that matter, is usually a h I've been needing to purchase a new car for some time but I continued to delay the process as car buying, and shopping for that matter, is usually a hassle and stressful experience, at least that has been my experience in the past. But I definitely can say that my experience at Thomas Nissan was far from that. As soon as I arrived, I was promptly greet by Alan "Big Al" Caruthers, my salesperson. He first took me inside and went over details of what I was looking for and what I could afford. After narrowing it down, he then showed me several vehicles as well as test driving two of them. I never once felt like he was pressuring me into buying anything nor did I feel like I was bothering him if I asked questions. He really was straight forward about everything and it was a pleasure to work with him. In addition, I also worked with his colleague Ben Rosenberg and he was equally as helpful and accommodating. Overall I had an excellent experience with Thomas Nissan and I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to consider calling Big Al when they are in need of a new car. Thank You Al and Ben! Their policy of "one price and no sales pressure" was the best experience we've ever had while purchasing a vehicle.
