Pleasant, pressure free, actually fun. I purchased a 2011 Nissan Murano from Thomas just 2 days ago. I visited 3 times as well as one Saturday phone call. I worked with Jimmy Thomas and Al Shalabi while being entertained by Ralph during down time. Everyone involved went out of their way to answer all of my questions and help me find the car that I wanted. I had purchased a new Rogue from a local dealership for my wife just 2 weeks before and the experiences were very different. I left Thomas after selecting the Murano that I wanted and looked on KKB to make sure that my deal was as good as I thought. I found the identical car (same color same LE model with 1000 miles more on the odometer) at the dealership that I had bought my wife's car from and the price was 4000 dollars more. I was reassured and excited. I couldn't wait to pick up my car the next week. I had purchased a new car from Thomas several years earlier and had almost forgotten how easy and pressure free the Thomas car buying experience could be.. I have recommended Thomas to several of my managers at work and will continue to tout Thomas to anyone interested in purchasing a car. Great Experience The only issue I have is the letter of thank you. I realize it is probably a form letter but my husband not once stepped foot into the dealership but The only issue I have is the letter of thank you. I realize it is probably a form letter but my husband not once stepped foot into the dealership but yet it was thanking him for doing business with you. It was the kids and I that took the time looking at cars, taking them for test drives, doing the deal and waiting for all the paperwork to go thru. It's kind of a slap in the face when the correct person isn't even being thanked. THIS IS NO REFLECTION ON HOW MO DEALT WITH ME! HE WAS GREAT AND THE REASON I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THERE. I think in the future it would be a great benefit to actually thank the person who actually bought the car. More
