I told Matt that we would be back in the next morning. There was no push to have us purchase that night. Matt gave us his card, told us he would be in the next morning. We did go back the next day. We test drove a different car and found the one we loved. No pressure, no haggling on the price. it was the perfect way to do business. A couple days after the purchase Matt gave me a call to check in, make sure I didn't have any questions about the car. What great customer service.
