Even when I changed what I was looking for essentially mid-stream, he demonstrated that he wanted me to be thrilled with my purchase. In doing so, Al helped me find the perfect car. I was initially nervous about the negotiating part of the car buying experience but the beauty of Thomas Nissan is that they give you the best price as the first price. Purchased Used Car I searched many Ford dealerships looking for an Escape, and somehow found myself on the Thomas Dealership site as they had a used escape. After a ver I searched many Ford dealerships looking for an Escape, and somehow found myself on the Thomas Dealership site as they had a used escape. After a very quick reply via email from the sales manager and a confirmation via phone that the car was there, I drove an hour to the store to view the car. Based on what I saw on the website, I honestly felt like the Price was Too good to be true based on what they were offering with the vehicle. On one site--outside of their webpage--I viewed a number of vehicles, their prices, and it also showed how much above/below market price these car dealers were listing the vehicles. Thomas was listing it $2.5k below market value. At the dealership, I ended up working with Kevin, who was fairly new, but who was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We got a test drive in and I felt comfortable with the decision to purchase it, as long as the "Carfax" and financing worked out. The Carfax showed that the vehicle had been in a few reported accidents prior to their purchasing it, but after speaking with the manager, I was assured that it had no structural issues and that those accidents had been taken care of--he showed me where some of the problems most likely had been and what the insurance co. had done to fix it. Financing was a bit more of what I thought buying a car was going to be like...lots of papers, quick numbers, "do you want to buy this" add on...but I felt fairly comfortable with it. Overall, a very good experience and, although its been less than a week so far, loving this car. Thanks guys! More

Our Salesperson Matt Richar My wife, daughter & I was very satisfied by the professional service we were given the minute we drove into Thomas Nissan. Our Salesperson Matt Richards was waiting for us with the car Keys in hand. He made us feel very welcome. Matt took the time to listen to us and answered our questions on the two vehicles we were interested in. He did not try to rush us at anytime.. Matt also took the time to explain every feature of the vehicles in a way we could understand his instructions and informational message. We really appreciated the customer service we were given while filling out the documents and through the finance process on the two cars we decided to purchase.
