Not only was Mr. Caruthers approachable, he did a great job of explaining every tidbit or bell and whistle on each car model and style. We described what we needed in a car, and Mr. Caruthers helped us pick out the models that were good for us. He let us test drive as many cars as we would like, and had no hesitation to come into work on his off day to help us out with the process. The buy was smooth and did not take long, and "big Al" always was personable with a smile on his face even when we drove off the lot with our new car. More

Great place, great people! I've never looked into buying a Nissan, but after visiting Thomas Nissan of Joliet, I am glad I did. We were immediately greeted by the staff and didn't feel "bothered" as most salesman seem to do. Both of the Caruthers brothers, Jason and Alan, had helped me choose my new 2015 Nissan Altima, although Alan did most of the work. Right after stopping into the dealership, we had first wondered onto the Toyota side of the lot, where we were greeted by Jason Caruthers. After speaking for a few minutes and listening to him explain how Thomas works, we had mentioned that we wanted to test drive one of the Altima's on the other side of the lot. He then pointed us to his brother, Alan Caruthers. Within minutes of the test drive, I knew I wanted to buy the car, but Alan made sure to make my decision an absolute with the information he had given to my parents and I. He knew everything about the car, very informative. The way he sold us the car made me feel as if a friend was doing so. I walked in feeling like family and drove away in my new Altima feeling like I had gotten the best bang for my buck. Thank you Alan! Love the car! More

We were there for three hours and ended up going home that day with a brand new car which is beautiful! The manager Sal was always nearby and quick to answer any questions. Finally when it came down to the business part we met with Steve who made the whole process quick and fun. He worked quickly to finish the sale and get us home in our brand new car. Since we have bought the car. Trey has called us at home to make sure that everything was going okay which was nice and we told him it was. So far this is the best investment I've made in 2014 and couldn't be happier with the overall car, and staff at Nissan! Thank you for making what could be a very stressful time simple! Above and beyond I went in as a little hesitant to buy, since I overall had a great car already. Which is something i value, since I'm the customer and I'll buy what I want to buy. But he did work with us and explained everything in detail. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel like we had made the right choice. The Finance guy did an amazing job as well explaining all the different packages they offered. More
