We asked questions about the SUV we were interested in and Bill provided detailed answers insuring we understood all the information he was providing. There were no 'grey' areas when he finished explaining the details. We were interested in a new 2015 Rogue. The outside appearance and appeal of the Rogue coupled with the interior accents and accessories, along with Bill's knowledge and expertise during his demonstration of the standard package and options convinced us that this was the vehicle that had our name on it. The cost for the car is excellent as I checked several cars online and dealerships. The sales person Will went through all the features on the car, how they worked and we set them up as we went. The price was as advertised. The trade-in was OK. No surprises. None of the old-time games. Chris, Sal and the finance man (Josh?) were straight-up. Any transaction that ends in the buyer having to pay a large sum of money can't really be called "fun" but this was as pleasant as could be. More
