No Hassle Experience I was looking online for trucks, specifically Nissan Armadas. My wife and I found one in Merriville, IN. We happened to be driving on our way to go l I was looking online for trucks, specifically Nissan Armadas. My wife and I found one in Merriville, IN. We happened to be driving on our way to go look at it when we came across Thomas Nissan. There it was, the truck we were looking for two blocks from where we live. We pulled in to look at it before driving all the way to Indiana. The truck was gorgeous. A salesman named Kevin came over and quickly explained the benefits of purchasing a truck with them. lifetime guarantee, great price, and truly no hassle. We still ended up leaving to check out the other truck in Indiana, but no warranty and almost same price as the one in Thomas Nissan. We came back and met with Kevin, offered us a test drive and explained to us again how great the Lifetime Warranty is. This was truly the best experience I've ever had buying a car. There was no Pressure, no uncomfortable moments. I truly felt like I was getting a deal. I bought my truck $12,000 below MSRP. The best thing is you get a piece of mind knowing you're making such a big purchase and you can rest easy that the truck is covered for life. Even after the original factory warrant has expired. Great Experience and Great Service I wanted to purchase a used car and went to a couple dealerships before this one didn't have a lot of luck. When I arrived on the lot Jason came righ I wanted to purchase a used car and went to a couple dealerships before this one didn't have a lot of luck. When I arrived on the lot Jason came right out the door and met me at my car, introduced himself and told me how the sales work around there. After he got that stuff out the way he took me inside and started asking me what kind of car i'm looking for and if I had any in mind. I was looking at a 2012 Chevy cruze. He spoke with his manager said they didn't have one. Then asked where I saw this car at. I told him online. He then realized that I saw the car on the Thomas Nissan site and instead of just sending me over there to deal with another person he walked me over got me the keys to test drive my car. When we arrived back at the dealership he asked how I liked it and if I wanted it. I told him yes lets go! He started the paperwork and tried to get me out of there asap! Jason was a great sales man really helpful and nice. He wasn't just in it to make the money. Great experience! I will recommend this dealership and the Toyota dealership next to this one. I worked with Chris Barrera via the internet to secure an out-the-door price. After doing some research online, I confirmed this was a fair price. When my son and I arrived at the dealership, we were met by Kevin Bombeck as Chris was working with a customer. We really didn't talk cars much with Kevin which was refreshing but discussed other stuff. Chris was great to work with and met every request I had prior to and after arriving at the dealership. After the test drive, I told him I wanted to sit a few minutes and think about it. He left me alone as did all the employers. The rest of the deal went really well. They brought up a guy from the Toyota dealership next door to process my financing as they were backed up at Nissan. While I don't remember his name, he was solid in doing his job. Ben, the sales manager, engaged us before, during and after the deal in a very friendly, positive manner. He even let us know they found a small scratch on the car and that they'll hook me up with a rental and get it fixed in the next week or so. Great experience. LOVED that these guys weren't wearing suits but jeans. If you're in the market for a Nissan, this is the place in the Joliet area. If you're out in Rockford, check out Anderson Nissan and talk with Dave Marquardt the sales manager. He's a friend of mine and recommended I come here instead of drive out to his place.
