Good Experience This was the most efficient new car buying experience I have had. The cars we pre-selected to test drive were ready when we arrived. We felt no pres This was the most efficient new car buying experience I have had. The cars we pre-selected to test drive were ready when we arrived. We felt no pressure or rush to make a decision and the differences between the two cars were well explained. The processing of paperwork went very quickly. I would have two negative comments....the Thomas Nissan website has a link to Purecars.com which provides a estimate of trade-in value. The dealership made an initial offer for our trade-in that was less than 50% of the value given by it's own website link and another appraisal we had received. We reached an acceptable amount, but use Edmunds instead of the website to see what to expect for value. The other item involves insurance. With minutes of providing proof of insurance there was an Allstate agent approaching us to offer a quote so we could switch companies. I could've done without that. Overall this was a positive experience and the items above are out weighed by the excellent treatment we were given by the sales and finance staff. I would recommend the dealership to my friends. More
