Took the car for a test drive and fell in love with it (this was our first drive with a Nissan). We explained to Chris that we started fixing credit and finances and not sure if we would qualify everyone at Thomas Nissan was so helpful and understanding they made this experience fast and stress free. Chris Barrera is friendly, pressure free and can answer any question fast and efficiently. More

Top notch service, transparent, simple, convenient, and comfortable experience from beginning to end. Genuinely. Everyone involved in my car buying process were professional, relatable, helpful, and polite in their interactions with me throughout, as well as conscious and considerate of my personal wants and intentions and made every effort in working with me to successfully ensure that i got what i wanted, when i wanted, and how i wanted. Also after spending a certain amount of time online comparing their rates for CPO'd (7 year warranty) 2015 Nissan Versa's with those of at least 50 other dealerships within a 75 mile radius i found that they had the lowest prices and bought my own 2015 Versa with 2,ooo miles, 165 point inspection, and 7 year/100,00 mile factory warranty for only $11k. Worked with sales representative Chris throughout most of my process. Exceptional prices and service and id definitely recommend Thomas Nissan to anyone looking for the best value and most comfortable flexible buying process. Definately worth the long drive Let me start out by saying this dealership is located 44 miles from where I live, which is a suburb of Chicago. There are at least two Nissan dealerships closer to where I live. The reason I drove so far to Thomas Nissan is because of the No Commission, No Haggle and 1 Low Price advertisement. I found this to be all TRUE!! They want their customers to be happy with their purchase, which I am. I found the buying process to be completely stress free. How many people can stay that when they purchase a car? I dealt with Michal Procek and Ben Rosenberg in Sales who took VERY good care of us. I drove the Murano SL and Platinum and Michal explained the differences between the two vehicles in detail. I had researched the Murano and thought I knew everything about it but was I wrong. I decided on the Platinum in Pacific Sunset (Orange) but unfortunately they did not have it on their lot. Ben went above and beyond to find it for me at another dealership and negotiated a dealer trade. As you may or may not know, dealers sometimes do not like to trade vehicles with other dealers. This has happened to me in the past when I purchased a minivan. Ben, thank you SO MUCH for all your hardwork, I truly appreciate it. I was curious were my car was coming from so when Ben gave me the Vin Number, I Googled the Vin and found the dealer they were trading with. Michal drove approximately 200 miles, round trip in bad weather to get the vehicle for me. Thank you SO MUCH doing that Michal I truly appreciate it!! I did my research on Nissan and the dealers via Dealer Rater, other websites, coworkers and actually people on the street who were driving Nissans. I can say with confidence that Thomas Nissan is the place you should by you next Nissan. Forget about the other dealers, and come here like I did. You won’t be sorry. More

I'm genuinely impressed with Jeremy Plochocki's polite attitude, graciousness, honesty, & integrity - traits you don't normally find in car salesmen. He helped me with my selection with kindness & courtesy. He was never pushy & didn't give me "the run around". I feel he is a tremendous asset to this company & would be a highly valuable asset at ANY & EVERY organization because you can't teach people integrity, nor honesty. Integrity, honesty, & respect are traits which are instilled within you. He is a man of his word. Jeremy Plochocki called when he said he would call, in addition to sending me a thank you card & kept in touch post sale. Most sales people forget about you after you sign on the dotted line - not Jeremy Plochocki. Jeremy's attitude clearly depicts he believes that's when the relationship starts. Any & everything I needed, he was there by my side after my purchase. I will continue to purchase from Jeremy because he actually cares about you. He is a hard worker which is another trait you can't teach a person. I also feel that Jeremy is undervalued at this dealership. Because of all of his superior traits & qualities, he should be in a managerial position at the very least. Let Jeremy Plochocki teach the other salesmen/women how to be a real, down-to-earth salesperson. Jeremy clearly follows all of the dealership rules & does have their best interests at heart. However, what differentiates him from the others, is that he also has a great deal of respect for his clients & gives them a fair deal. He is not greedy & does not think of you as a dollar sign. He treats you the way he wants to be treated. His mother must have taught him well ~ treat others the way you want to be treated. I have referred several of my neighbors, friends, & family members to him. Each & everyone of my referrals ended up purchasing cars from him & have only great things to say about him.
