Great, honest pricing, mediocre financing I enjoyed the used-car buying process with this dealership. I knew right away that I had a good deal, so I called to find out more. From the first c I enjoyed the used-car buying process with this dealership. I knew right away that I had a good deal, so I called to find out more. From the first conversation to the last, the salesmen were very professional and honest. They stuck to their initial number and their upfront price policy, most likely because they knew they had (by far) the best offer on the market. I tried negotiating because I had a very long drive from outside of Illinois. They wouldn't lower the price but they did fill the tank. Luckily, floormats came with the car too. The very first person over the phone was able to give me an out-the-door number, and what that included on top of the list price, which did not change throughout the entire process. All great stuff about my experience. They did have additional fees that were unexplained and unmentioned (e.g. a "protection package") which probably could have been negotiated out, but the out-the-door prices was so low compared to the rest of the market, I didn't bother to ask. The only cons were a last-minute mention that this practically brand-new vehicle (2015 model. 4K miles) only had one key, and the financing process. To address the former, those new keys are expensive! This could've been mentioned much earlier in the process. The salesmen also said he would follow up with me about contacting the previous owner to find the missing key, which never happened. Now for financing, and this is more of my opinion, but I think it's true. I am very aware of my credit and how financing works (being an engineer and business major). Prior to this, I was pre-approved by several other lenders. The finance guys will always start the conversation with your monthly payment, and if you're happy with that, they probably won't mention anything else. However, you should ask for the loan amount (that should have already been agreed to), the interest rate, and number of payments. Only after I started expressing my concerns about the higher interest rate, the finance manager realized I should have a lower rate because he "accidentally" thought I was in a worse credit tier. Then, I ask how many lenders they actually received bids from to lend me the auto-loan --- only 2. Dealers can receive many more than 2 bids, and it doesn't ping/hurt your credit multiple times (which is often misrepresented - the laws have changed). I just accepted that it was late, and I just wanted to drive away. The next business day, I got the loan refinanced at a better rate saving me 15 dollars on my monthly payment. Overall, the entire was very efficient, and everyone was friendly. The dealership has great pricing, but mediocre (probably your standard) financing process. Educate yourself on financing if you're going to take out a loan. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

I was impressed with his knowledge of the Nissan Rogue. He took the time to explain everything on the car. He was waiting for us after finance to make sure we had no other questions. He helped me program my phone. This experience that we had this time was awesome! Matt Richards is an excellent salesman and I would recommend him to any of my friends/ family. More
