Purchase of our Brand New Nissan Rouge My Husband and I drove by Nissan Joliet and decided to stop because we wanted to buy a Nissan Rouge. We got out of our car and started looking at cars, while looking this wonderful, friendly, professional gentleman approached us, greeted us, introduced himself as Kamran Rashid and asked us how he could help us, we told him what we were looking for and he immediately took charge, showed us many different types od Nissan Rouge they had, he was tireless, went back and forth getting different keys for different Rouges and explaining in detail what each was equipped with until we made a decision, then he introduced us to the manager who was equally friendly and professional and they both made it a very easy decision for us to buy our wonderful car which we are happy with. We will definitely return to Kamran Rashid and Joliet Nissan for future purchases because we were treated like royalty and we have been recommending to our friends to go there to. More

I was in the front waiting for my credit to be ran the salesman came over to talk when it was completed He went back over to the finance guy to see if a deal could be made I don't have perfect credit but there were several customers on the showroom floor I was at one end and he was at the other...I could here the finace guy talking negative about my possible trade in and credit. I didn't come to nissan to feel belittled . Also I don't think everyone needed to know my business that were on the showroom floor. I have purchased 2 vehicle from Thomas Nissan and have had other people buy from this dealership. Whether i had good credit or horrible i shouldn't have felt horrible when leaving and in front of customers. More

He ended up bringing me a black exterior and interior brand new Rogue, which is exactly what I wanted, to test drive. We drove it on the highway which was great and I fell in love with the car.
