I've heard of a full service dealer, but this is a NO service dealer. After weeks of searching for a certain vehicle with no luck, I called to see if I could order one. I talked to Amanda and she told me service dealer. After weeks of searching for a certain vehicle with no luck, I called to see if I could order one. I talked to Amanda and she told me I could but it would take a while. I said no problem I will be there in a hour to order it. After taking my information, she left me sitting there for about fifteen minutes while she conferred with another employee. When she returned , she said "Here's the thing, we don't order vehicles from the factory and we can't find what you want so it doesn't look good for you BUT, we have... in stock." She lied to me to get me in the door thinking I am such a moron she could talk me into buying something I don't want. Be warned, do not believe ANYTHING Amanda tells you. More
Service technicians are inexperienced and don't know how to do there jobs correctly. How can you have the same exact problem happen to your vehicle with in a year and all of sudden it's something else and i to do there jobs correctly. How can you have the same exact problem happen to your vehicle with in a year and all of sudden it's something else and it won't be covered. I bought brand new from you guys and won't again. Brought my car in for transmission service. I was told their “trans guy” was really backed up and couldn’t get to my car for 2 weeks. Miraculously someone test drove it 2 days later and couldn’t duplicat their “trans guy” was really backed up and couldn’t get to my car for 2 weeks. Miraculously someone test drove it 2 days later and couldn’t duplicate the problem. Never received any communication from anyone until a register letter appeared at my home threatening me with legal action! I’ve since gone into speak with someone In charge and surprise surprise they are all not available! Customer service is very poor! I will be contacting a lawyer and news stations regarding this. I will NEVER purchase another car from Thomas Nissan! Lots of promises when you buy and nothing but excuses when you need service! More
Anthony in service dept is a stellar customer service rep. He is knowledgeable, patient and very very good at his job!!! He went above and beyond to get our service completed in a timely manner and was rep. He is knowledgeable, patient and very very good at his job!!!
