service dept. dangerous to you and your vehicle after service dept. failed to put lug nuts on wheel after rotation, wheel came off while driving causing extensive damage to my like new 2015 frontier after service dept. failed to put lug nuts on wheel after rotation, wheel came off while driving causing extensive damage to my like new 2015 frontier.fotunately I was not killed. Thomas offers no compensation other than to patch up my truck and give it back. I am a retired senior who is not happy getting a patched up truck with a history of damage repair. Thomas has had my truck for 12 days so far with no word as to when repairs will be done. Repeated calls to general manager Mike Gors cell phone go to voice mail, and my calls where never returned. my wife and I are very distraught and feel as though we are at the mercy of Thomas nissan. save yourself a lot of grief and go somewhere else. More
