I was looking for a car for my husband and had a few in mind when I went to look, I was surprised when I got there to look on the lot, I was waiting f I was looking for a car for my husband and had a few in mind when I went to look, I was surprised when I got there to look on the lot, I was waiting for the salesman to come out and no one did, I got to look around at my leisure, I finally went in and was helped by Ben and Michal, I took the car for a test drive to my house to show my husband and as the financing part was being finalized, Michal even followed me home so I could drop off my other vehicle and drove me back to the dealership and Colin in finance was very through on explaining all the paperwork. #1 Nissan dealership in the midwest! I am astonish with Thomas Nissan of Joliet. I knew I wanted a used Maxima. I contacted other dealership around the area, and their customer service wa I am astonish with Thomas Nissan of Joliet. I knew I wanted a used Maxima. I contacted other dealership around the area, and their customer service was really bad. As soon I contacted Chris Barrera at Thomas I knew that my experience with them was going to be different. I wanted a specific car with the specific color and package. At the time that I first conceited Chris, they did not had anything in stock. He keep touch with me for a couple of months about cars that I might be interesting, but what stood out to me was that he wasn't being pushy about selling. I am the type of person that hates when salesman are pushy, and I did not experience this with him at all. When finally the car that I wanted came in after a lease return, Chris contact me and told me it was exactly how I wanted. I didn't hesitate in buying the car because I knew I was in good hands with Chris and the staff at Thomas Nissan. Chris manager Steve Grammar, knew I had been waiting a long time for this car, so he added a free Nissan certification. He when out of his commission and added this certification for free just because he knew I been waiting a long time for this car, if thats not excellent service I don't know what is. From my initial call to the moment I drove off the lot, Thomas Nissan of Joliet treated like a valued customer and not just another profit or number.
